Pollination

What is pollination?

Pollination is the transfer of pollen from an anther of a plant to the stigma of a plant, later enabling fertilisation and the production of seeds, most often by an animal or by wind.

Why do we need pollinators?

You need pollinators. Birds, bats, bees, butterflies, beetles, and other small mammals that pollinate plants are responsible for bringing us one out of every three bites of food. They also sustain our ecosystems and produce our natural resources by helping plants reproduce.

How was Rome was ruled?

Romulus was the first king of rome and he was a great king and the people loved him. In 509 B.C a person named  Tarquin the proud ruled Rome. The people got sick of him because he ruled unfairly. The people kicked him out and decided to set up a completely different type of government. They made Rome into a republic

( Rome was the first ever republic in history ).

So instead of a king making all the  discussions and being in charge, the people would elect people who would serve in the government from a certain amount of time. People were able to do whatever they wanted, as long as it didn’t break the law.

Under this new form of government, Rome was successful.

Rome stayed as a republic until 27 A. D.
